Getting married at the Palm Event Center in the Vineyard was our version of a real-life fairytale. From the planners & team who excelled in professionalism and hospitality to the reasonable and delicious food & beverage options. More importantly, our families and friends experienced all the venue had to offer – from the intimate Estate Room, the grand Ballroom, to the acres of lush vineyards at the Vineyard Terrace.
This post will be about my experience with having my wedding at the Palm Event Center.
The Estate Room
When guests arrive to the venue, they are guided towards the Estate Room and greeted with welcome beverages. It is dark, moody, & romantic – the walls are covered in barrels that are glittered with tea lights and the violinists’ music is echoing beautifully in the room as guests fill the room.
Originally, the darker lighting was a concern but our media team gave us their reassurance. And the photos & video turned out perfectly. Check out the Wedding Planning post for more information about the planning process and our vendor team!
The venue provides couples with the space for creativity from adding drapery throughout the room, decorating the aisle with various florals, and envisioning the alter.
Our florist, Hamid Decor, designed this beautiful life-size heart floral arrangement. He also added the tall acrylics guiding the vision towards the heart in the center.
The Estate Room is a beautiful option to have your ceremony and share your first kiss as a married couple.
The Vineyard Terrace
Once we exchanged our ‘I do’s’, our guests were guided towards The Vineyard Terrace. From the multi-leveled terrace, they enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails in the warm afternoon.
The Ballroom
To continue through with the rest of the celebrations, our guests were guided to the The Ballroom where they enjoyed a night of dining, dancing, and drinking with the newlyweds! It was a dream seeing our vision come alive during our first look with the venue.
The layout of the ballroom provides enough space to comfortably have 22-25 tables, a dance floor, photo-booth section, DJ table, and more. The best part is regardless of where guests are seated, they are guaranteed to have a good view of the entire room.
The Palm Event Center will forever have a special place in our hearts, holding some of our favorite memories. If you’re planning your wedding in the Bay Area, I recommend visiting the Palm Event Center and their sister location, Casa Real.
