I joke about how I knew I wanted my bachelorette in Miami before I even got engaged. My girlfriends and I love to dance, have a great time, love warm weather, and we love to party — since we’re all from California, most of us have never been to Miami so it was a fun time!
My maid of honor planned the entire trip with my bridesmaids and kept all the details a surprise until I arrived. Let’s just say … they know me well.
In this post, I’ll share details into my Miami bachelorette itinerary, my favorite spots, and more.
Day I: Esotico & Games
I invited 15 of my girlfriends to celebrate with me and everything from the housing, transportation, restaurants & clubs worked out so smoothly. Once we touched-down in Miami, we placed a large order of Instacart w/ alcohol, snacks, coffee, and lots of water.
We wasted no time and let the tequila shots start flowing on night one. Esotico Miami was a party from the modern tiki ambiance, the Asian fusion dinner menu, and of course – the Maura Kea Volcano Bowl (pictured above).
The night ended with us playing ‘What’s the groom’s favorite ..’ with a surprise video of my husband. I might or might not have drunk cried, haha! #emotionalpisces
Day II: Pink & Prosecco Party + Surprise Photoshoot
Boat day started off with a little rain but the party gods were with us all weekend & cleared up the skies for us. The drinks were pouring and we were laughing. We all got pink sunglasses, the girls wore different shades of pink, and the boat had pink balloons. Pink & Prosecco – probably my favorite theme!
After a full day of tequila on the water, we got back to the Airbnb and got some rest before dinner.
One of the best parts of going out with my girlfriends is the ‘get ready & pregame’ part. This is where we spill tea, share make-up advice, laugh about memories, and do a little ‘what should I wear’ fashion show. I wanted to remember a portion of this forever, so I hired a photographer to come over while we got ready to capture the behind the scenes. Shoutout to Allie Photography who I DM’d on IG and was the sweetest!
Dinner this night was at Komodo which was a total vibe – from the wagyu tacos & sea bass to the music and the architecture. TBH, I was pretty drunk at this point and don’t have many photos .. so here’s a screenshot from their IG @komodomiami
Day III: Bubbly Brunch & Nightclub
Friday morning, we woke up & rallied our way to bubbly brunch @ Serena’s Rooftop over Moxy’s hotel. Espresso martinis, steak tartare, blowjob shots, and churros – say less.
I remember this day being hot so if you’re planning a trip to Miami and you want beautiful weather, I do recommend coming in March. The beach strip was also packed! It actually took us a while to catch a Uber from the strip given how busy it was. I’d love to come back to Miami again and spend more time walking around town, eating more local foods, and getting to know the area.
I don’t have many appropriate pictures so share from our night out on Friday BUT the girls rented a party bus to pick us up & we started our night with a bottle service at LIV Nightclub and continued the night to E11even. Good time, good times.
Day IV: Day Club
Did I mention that we rallied? We must have arrived back at home around 4am, but I’m proud that we were able to get up, get ready, and make it to the day pool party. I am blanking on the name and will need to update this when I get the info.
The place had a good crowd. It wasn’t as wild as a Vegas pool party, which is what I think we needed anyway. The host brought us to a cabana so we drank & chilled there before heading into town for some empanadas!
Best Bachelorette & Birthday Weekend, ever!
Thank you to my MOH for executing, bridesmaids for making it happen, besties for celebrating with me.
Love, Shayna
